Arrival and departure

Normal check-in is between 13:00 and 23:00. Earlier or later arrival may be possible when arranged in advance. Please send your expected arrival time before travelling.

Check-out is between 06:30 and 10:00. If you need to leave earlier, please inform us in advance. Late checkout may be possible depending on availability and may involve an additional charge.

Free luggage storage is available before check-in or after check-out when needed. Please arrange it with the family.

The beach is approximately 300 metres away. The walk back to the apartments includes a short uphill section, so guests with limited mobility should take this into consideration.

Cleaning, towels and bed linen

Every apartment is fully cleaned before arrival and prepared with fresh bed linen and towels. Daily housekeeping is not provided.

For longer stays, one fresh towel and bed-linen change after one week is included. An additional or earlier change can be requested for €10.

Please keep the apartment towels inside the property. They should not be taken to the beach or used on the floor.

Wi-Fi and apartment facilities

Free Wi-Fi is available in every apartment.

Each apartment includes a private kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The kitchen provides the basic equipment needed to prepare simple meals such as breakfast, eggs, pasta or other holiday meals.

Breakfast and restaurant service are not provided. Eldo Apartments is self-catering accommodation.

Air conditioning and fan apartments

Air conditioning is included when you book an apartment with air conditioning. Other apartments are offered with a fan.

Guests who booked a fan apartment may request an upgrade to an air-conditioned apartment for €5 per night. An upgrade is possible only when an AC apartment is available.

Payment and private reservations

For a private reservation, a deposit equal to the first night’s price is required. The remaining balance is normally paid on arrival.

Payment can be made in cash in euros or Albanian lek. PayPal and Revolut transfers are also accepted.

Sending a WhatsApp enquiry does not confirm a reservation. The booking is confirmed only after Eldo Apartments confirms the dates and receives the agreed deposit.

What to expect

Eldo Apartments is a simple, family-run property rather than a full-service hotel. There is no formal reception desk or professional hotel team, but the owners live on the ground floor and are usually nearby when guests need practical help.

The furniture and equipment are practical rather than luxurious. The aim is to provide a clean, comfortable and affordable place with the essentials needed for a holiday near the sea.

The apartments are located on the first and second floors and are reached by stairs. The building does not have an elevator.

The family mainly speaks Albanian and Greek. Dorian is available through WhatsApp for questions in other languages.

Please respect the apartments, the building and other guests. Eldo Apartments is a family-run house, so quiet and considerate behaviour is appreciated.
